Do I have to go to the body shop my insurance company suggested?
Absolutely not. By law, you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. Insurance companies often suggest "preferred shops" to save themselves money. What exactly does ‘A to Z’ service mean?
It means once you hand us the keys, your job is done. We pick up the vehicle, file the claim with your insurance, meet with the adjuster, perform the repairs, and handle all the back-and-forth phone calls. You skip the frustration and just wait for the call that your car is ready.
What if the insurance estimate is lower than the actual cost of repair?
This is very common. Insurance adjusters often write "initial" estimates based on what they can see from the outside. Once we disassemble the vehicle, we document all hidden structural and mechanical damage. We then submit a "supplement" to your insurance company and negotiate directly with them to ensure every single bolt and sensor is paid for and repaired correctly.
